Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume drops, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and another once it ships.

Shipping Times

Please note: Orders begin shipping 1–2.5 weeks after the drop period starts.
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • U.S.: 4–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

Wrong Address / Lost Packages
Please double-check your address at checkout. GHOST is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If a package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, please contact the carrier directly.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns / Exchanges
For safety and quality reasons, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
