What You Should Know

All pieces leave our hands with intention.
All sales are final.
No take-backs. No reversals.
Once it’s yours… it’s yours.

If Something Arrives Wrong

Check your order the moment it lands.
If an item comes damaged, defective, or not what you received, contact the GHOST TEAM immediately at ghost@g40st.com so we can examine the situation.

(Some items may look torn, worn, or distressed on purpose — that is design, not damage.)

Exchanges

If you truly need a different size, reach out.
We review each request individually — nothing automatic, nothing guaranteed.

Refunds

Refunds are rare.
They exist only for items damaged through our error.
Lost packages, carrier mistakes, or buyer errors are not covered.

Items That Never Return

Some things cannot come back — not to us, not to anyone:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishables

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous / flammable materials

  • Digital products (absolutely no refunds)

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you purchased something by mistake, message us. We’ll see what can be done — no promises.

If a Refund Is Granted

If your return is accepted, we’ll confirm once it reaches us.
If approved, your refund will move back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank may take longer to reveal it.
